UPDATE: after going MIA for a bit like the rest of the world, I will reflect on the past year.
Quick recap: Custom project began for IHG [fall2019]. 14 custom paintings were created with the amazing interior design team. classic grey eco-friendly textured sand were selected + placed in their renovated penthouse suites. Soon after [winter2020] a second series was created for the Intercontinental 2nd Floor lobby. 2x large scale textured works infused with steel pigment [my all time fave] + 2x popular gold horizon pieces + 1x medium black/grey blend seascape were finally delivered [june2020]. Project = full stop thx to COVID :( We shall wait + see what the new year 2021 brings!
In the meantime, art savy collectors in Brookline + custom pieces created for a special interior designer who knows what she wants, color match is what she gets. I am happy to see collectors still collecting + designers still creating through this new future in art.
Speaking of new: NFTs [non-fungible tokens] seem to be on trend now. Another avenue for artists pretty cool!
